met panda and monster at chinatown point

wanted to go the whatever adidas thingie one

but in the end is someone's condo LOL

after that we decide to go somewhere with aircon as the weather was dam warm

i was perspiring like crazy!

we headed down to dhobby ghaut

we spent dunnoe how long at SPOTLIGHT

the cloths make panda high! haha

after that panda and monster pei me down to kallang

tingting they all went like '' wah wenqi, u finally appear!'' LOL

b4 training mr bok went like

'' wah, yr one only so many colours liao!''

then he saw beehsing's hands and say

'' no wonder la!! '' LOL

training was not that tough

had usual warm up, drills etc

mr bok taught shootors something new

he say if we can master this, no one will be able to overjump us

had so much fun and laughter during training

but physical was the most sian part!

suicide with 8,6,4

super duper tiring but i managed to survive it

after training went down to bugis to find my mum

she evrytime last min one!

changed handphone tgt with her

since there is something wrong with the speaker of my phone

i agree with my mum, why must i spend so much on a phone

since none of my phones lasted me for more than a yr

went for dinner and cabbed home (:

was supposed to meet loves for breakfast today

but thanks to my mum;s last min plans again

did not manage to go sentosa with them also
