date: Wednesday, May 06, 2009     jiaolian passed me this when i went for training last satshe wanted me to strengthen my legs omg! it is all in chinese! and my chinese sucks big time club training last sat was alright not as bad as thu as usual 15 sets of sprints for fitness  monday had school trainingthe year 1s turned up attendance was quite good 1st training only. i wonder how many will stay dinner outside cheers (:    when things are not going well, u will tend to give up |
