so bee say cancel training i should be feeling happy when training is cancelled but this time i am feeling super angry and dissappointed with less than a month to the start of POLITES and we are still having irresponsible players not informing when they are unable to come down for training have been stressing about this point since the first day the year ones came in but it is still like this people having excuses that they have work, something cropped out it is how you prioritise your time and most importantly how much you love the game netball is a team game we cant achieve anything if everyone is not coming down for training that is the problem of having a big team its harder to bond one another together last year's team was small and we all can click well tgt and till now we are still very close i was talking about this to a few of the netballers our players have no initiative at all take for example shooters we should shoot so hoops when we have free time during training, i never see much shooters doing so if they are able to shoot well on court, i have nothing to say but the problem is no goals were shoot in some players i never even see them after the exams holidays is always the team when you c players disappearing one by one remember this, no one will win unless they are committed to winning with this kind of hack care attitude, i wont be surprised this season will be a disappointing one |
