many thoughts were running through my mind before, during and after the match yesterday
i don't know why i still cant get over it even after 15 mths!!
i thought i am over it before the match but once the match is going to start, i started to get super nervous
beehsing told me i have to get over this pschological barrier on my own
no one will be able to help me
she say its impossible that my shooting accuarcy could drop so badly
my shooting had been consistent this whole season with 80 or 90% accuarcy
but why till this game then it dropped to 50% or even lower?
beeshing asked me if i am able to sustain the last quarter and i told her i can but i am unable to perform
i didn't want to bring down the whole team's performance


my team have never given up on me
maybe not the whole team but most of them
especially my attackers, yunhua,yvonne,mel (:
shuting came over to make me smile by making funny expressions during the break when she see my face being super demoraliased
the revive players were outside cheering me on


i need to pick myself out
its netball break till july before coaching starts
meanwhile i should be consistent for club training to find back my confidence on court
